The company has developed and has been applying since 2001, a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001, for the control and management of the services provided to customers.
In the year 2013, the system was extended to the Environmental Impact Management of the company's activities, complying with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 14001.
In the year 2022, the company also developed an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 45001, which was integrated into the existing management system, becoming a unified Total Management System in terms of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health & Safety.
More specifically:
The Quality Management System was introduced in order to ensure that:
• the prepared studies and the provided services are subject to a thorough control in terms of their technical and scientific perfection, before any deliverable’s submission,
• there is a complete control of customers' requirements and, for this reason, we constantly exert ourselves in order not only to meet customers’ requirements but also exceed their expectations, within the framework of current legislation, scientific developments and the company’s smooth operation,
• a system of continuous improvement of the studies and services’ quality level is being implemented, both in terms of meeting customers’ requirements as well as monitoring modern scientific and technological achievements, making the company a pioneer in the preparation of specialized studies.
The Environmental Management System was introduced in order for the company to implement environmentally friendly policies and reduce its environmental footprint, proving in practice its sensitivity towards the environment’s protection, although the nature of its activities does not cause any significant burden on environment.
The Occupational Health and Safety Management System ensures that all necessary precautions have been taken to eliminate or minimize potential risks to the safety of its employees, both at the company's offices and during their visits to the construction sites where the company undertakes the supervision of the constructions.
